Bayitoto Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions regulate the relationship between Bayitoto and every person who visits, registers with or uses the platform. References to Bayitoto include the website, account wallet, casino lobby, live dealer area, sportsbook, promotional functions and customer support channels operated under the Bayitoto brand.

The agreement applies whether Bayitoto is accessed from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam or another location. For these Bayitoto Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the stated meanings:

• Account means the personal Bayitoto profile and wallet registered to an eligible player.
• Bonus means promotional credit, free play, cashback or another incentive subject to separate conditions.
• KYC means identity, age, address, source-of-funds or payment ownership checks conducted for account security.
• Wager means a casino stake, sports bet or other paid gaming entry accepted by Bayitoto.
• MYR means Malaysian Ringgit, also commonly displayed using the RM symbol.
• Player means an eligible individual who accesses or holds a Bayitoto account.

To register with Bayitoto, a person must be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and be permitted to use online gambling services under the rules applicable in their location. Bayitoto may request reliable proof of age and identity at any time.

A player must register personally and may not create an account for another person. The name, date of birth, residential details, mobile number and other information supplied to Bayitoto must be complete and accurate. Material changes must be updated promptly.

Only one Bayitoto account is permitted per person unless written approval is provided. Bayitoto may review accounts that share devices, addresses, payment credentials or network information to identify duplicate registration, coordinated bonus use or unauthorised account control.

Bayitoto accounts are personal and must not be sold, rented, transferred or shared. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, one-time codes and device access. Any suspected compromise should be reported to Bayitoto support without delay.

Bayitoto may make payment channels available according to account status, transaction value and operational availability. These channels may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Availability does not guarantee that every method will appear for every Bayitoto account.

Payment instruments must ordinarily be held in the verified player's name. Bayitoto may reject third-party deposits, return funds to their source or request proof of ownership. Deposited money must be used for genuine play and may not be used to move funds between payment services.

Postponements, abandoned fixtures, obvious odds errors and changed venues may be handled under the relevant market conditions.

Bayitoto may correct a clear technical, pricing or settlement error. Where a wager was accepted at odds that were plainly incorrect compared with the intended market, Bayitoto may void the wager or settle it at the proper price when permitted by the applicable rules. Any adjustment will be recorded in the player's account.

Bayitoto promotions may include deposit matches, cashback, free play or loyalty rewards. Eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering or rollover, game contribution, maximum bonus bet, expiry and maximum cash-out rules may differ between offers.

For example, an X15 wagering condition on an RM100 bonus generally requires MYR 1,500 in eligible wagers before related winnings may be withdrawn. Slots may contribute differently from baccarat, roulette or other table games. The terms displayed with a promotion take precedence over general examples.

Bayitoto may restrict a bonus to one person, household, device, payment source or network where reasonably necessary to prevent repeated claims. A promotion may be removed when there is evidence of coordinated use, low-risk wagering intended solely to clear a bonus, conflicting account information or another material breach.

Players must not use Bayitoto to engage in unlawful, deceptive or abusive conduct, including:

• using false identity documents, payment records or account information;
• accessing another person's Bayitoto account without clear authorisation;
• colluding with other players or manipulating a game, market or promotion;
• using automated scripts, bots or tools that interfere with normal play;
• attempting to exploit a software fault, delayed feed, pricing error or settlement mistake;
• using Bayitoto for money laundering, payment cycling or other non-gaming transactions; or
• threatening support staff, disrupting the service or attempting unauthorised system access.

Bayitoto may investigate suspected misconduct and may preserve relevant account, payment and technical records. Restrictions will be proportionate to the apparent risk and may remain in place while Bayitoto completes a reasonable review.

Bayitoto may suspend or close an account for a material breach, false registration details, payment reversal, security risk, suspected unlawful activity or failure to complete required verification. Where appropriate, legitimate remaining funds will be returned after outstanding wagers, adjustments and permitted deductions are resolved.

Bayitoto may classify an account as dormant after an extended period without login or wagering. Any dormancy process or fee will be communicated in advance and applied only as stated in the relevant account notice.

Bayitoto aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance, internet failure, bank downtime, mobile network conditions, third-party game outages or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

Players are responsible for suitable devices, internet access and careful review of each wager. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bayitoto is not responsible for indirect loss, missed opportunities or losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable operational control. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Bayitoto may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, payment updates, security requirements or applicable legal obligations. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Where a change materially affects player rights or obligations, Bayitoto will provide reasonable notice through the website or account interface where practicable. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance. A player who does not agree should stop using Bayitoto and request account closure.
